Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want conductia.com to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA for this website.

What we do

Every page uses semantic HTML with a single main landmark, labeled navigation and headings in order. Every control can be reached and operated from the keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the main content. Text colors meet the WCAG contrast requirement against the site’s background, and form fields and buttons carry a visible boundary that meets the requirement for user interface components.

Form fields have visible labels. If a submission fails, the message names the field to correct, is announced to assistive technology and receives focus. The confirmation that follows a successful submission is announced the same way.

Nothing on the site moves on its own, and the operating system’s reduced-motion preference is respected. Text resizes and layouts reflow down to small screens without horizontal scrolling, and the menu on small screens works without JavaScript.

Limitations

This site has not been independently audited against WCAG 2.1. We test it ourselves, so some issues will only surface through use. The photographs of our founders on the home page are decorative, and their names appear as text beside them. The illustration of a sample mandate on the home page is described in full to assistive technology. If you find a page or feature that does not work with your assistive technology, we would like to know.
