Who we are

This website is operated by Intelibank, Inc., doing business as Conductia. In this policy, “Conductia”, “we” and “us” mean that company. For any question about this policy, or to exercise any of the rights described below, contact info@conductia.com.

This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the Conductia platform or any private evaluation environment, which are separate from this website and are provided under their own terms. Information a customer firm processes inside the platform is governed by that firm’s own agreement with us, not by this policy.

What we collect

We collect very little. If you submit the form on this site, we collect the name, firm, work email address, role and area of interest you enter, together with the time of submission. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request (IP address, browser type, page requested and timestamp) for security and reliability.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing trackers on this site. We do not build visitor profiles, and we do not buy or sell personal information.

Because we do not track visitors over time or across other websites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals differently from other traffic, and no third party collects personal information about your activity across websites through this site.

Do not submit client names, deal details, material non-public information or any other confidential information through this website. The contact form is not a secure channel for confidential material. That belongs in the conversation that follows.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, to determine whether a confidential evaluation is appropriate, to arrange it, and to keep a record of that correspondence. Server logs are used by our hosting provider to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries directed to us and in operating a secure website. Where you ask us to arrange an evaluation, we also rely on the need to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. You can object to our use of your information at any time using the contact address above.

Who else sees it

Submissions are received by our founders. We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract. Netlify hosts the website, delivers form submissions to us and records the server logs described above. Netlify screens every form submission for spam using Akismet, a service operated by Automattic Inc., which receives the submission content and the submitting IP address for that purpose. Google Workspace provides our business email, where correspondence is received and stored.

We do not otherwise disclose personal information, except where we are required to do so by law or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

We are located in the United States, and our service providers process information there. If you contact us from outside the United States, including from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, your information is sent to and processed in the United States, where data protection law may differ from the law of your country. Our service providers handle personal information under their published data processing terms, which we rely on for any onward transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence, including the copy of your form submission held in our hosting provider’s form dashboard, for as long as we need it to respond to you and to keep a record of the inquiry, and we delete it no later than 24 months after our last contact with you unless a business relationship follows or a legal obligation requires a longer period. Our hosting provider retains server logs for a limited period under its own retention practices and uses them to operate and secure its platform.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable form.

If you are in California, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

To exercise any right, write to info@conductia.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited information this website handles, including encryption in transit and restricted access to submissions. No website can be guaranteed completely secure, and we ask again that you do not send confidential material through this site.

Children

This site is intended for business use by professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, we will post the revised policy here and change the date at the top of this page.
